Features:
-
High efficiency
Warm's direct evaporative air conditioner can achieve both cooling and heating, and its efficiency is higher than other air conditioning systems. Its C.O.P. can reach 5.9 during full load cooling operation, which is 20% -30% higher than traditional equipment.
-
Easy installation
The Warm direct evaporative air conditioner integrates cooling towers, water pumps and other auxiliary accessories in one, which greatly saves space and makes installation easier.
-
energy saving and environmental protection
The direct evaporative air conditioner saves about 40% energy than traditional air-cooled air conditioners, and it saves about 20% energy than traditional water-cooled air conditioners.
-
Low operating cost.
The unit has a built-in cooling water pump. Compared with the large head pumps of ordinary water-cooled air-conditioning systems, the pump head of this unit is equivalent to one third of the former, and the power of the water pump is only one quarter of that of the ordinary water- cooling system.
The unit uses a three-speed fan, which only needs to be turned on for low-speed operation during summer cooling. Compared with ordinary air-cooled air-conditioning systems, the power consumption of this fan is only half of that.
At the same time, the unit can recover the condensed water generated by the indoor unit of the air conditioner as supplementary water of the water-cooled condenser, which can save 30% of the water, and can make full use of the cooling capacity of the condensed water.
-
reliable operation
Modular design, single module failure does not affect the work of other systems. Even if the falling film system fails, the unit can continue to operate as an ordinary modular unit without affecting normal use.
Working principle:
The falling film evaporative condenser uses water and air as the cooling medium, it uses the evaporation of water to take away the heat of condensation.
The cooling water is pumped into the water spray tray on the upper part of the condenser by the water pump, and the cooling water is evenly sprayed on the outer surface of the condenser plate tube to form a thin water film. The high-temperature high-pressure gas refrigerant in the tube is absorbed by the cooling water outside the tube to condense into a liquid refrigerant. At the same time, a small part of the outer surface of the tube absorbs heat and evaporates into water vapor, and most of it falls into the lower collection tank.
The exhaust fan blows air through the condenser tube to promote the evaporation of the water film, which strengthens the heat exchange outside the condenser tube, and the water droplets that absorb heat are cooled by the air during the falling process. The evaporated water is transported by the air into the atmosphere in the form of water vapor.
